I am sorry to say that due to hygiene reasons, I do not offer returns due to change of mind so please choose your pieces carefully and make sure you read the descriptions and details of the items you are purchasing and please contact me anytime for questions you may have.
If your order arrived damaged in transit or in any way faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your envelope/box to be eligible in receiving a refund or store credit for the same amount. This is decided upon discretion of the maker.
All the pieces are handmade and with much care so please take into consideration that minor blemishes, marks or bubbles could occur, even with all the right precautions taken in place.
Care instructions are always available to read on the K68 Designs website as well as on the care cards which are placed in the box before shipping.
In time, with any handmade product, age/water or fade could show.
When purchasing K68 Designs product, you are agreeing that you understand this.
