Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 business days (unless it is stated otherwise) for processing your order on top of postage times. All orders are shipped from Minnesota (USA). 

If your order is returned to sender, once we receive the package back to us, we can reship your package or if you choose to be refunded, you will be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, you should let me know so I can make inquiries. Please keep in mind that the tracking information that you have, is the same information that we have. Any additional information would have to be from the postal services, not K68 Designs.
